Ingredients
  

  • 2 oz white rum
  • ¾ oz dark rum
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • ½ oz orange curaçao
  • ½ oz orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
  • Crushed ice
  • Lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Add white rum, lime juice, orange curaçao, and orgeat syrup.
  • Shake well for about 15 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain the mixture into a glass filled with crushed ice.
  • Slowly pour the dark rum over the back of a spoon to create a float on top.
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
